Dear Chaine Member,

If summer is over, someone forgot to tell the weatherman to lower the temperature!
If you have been suffering the heat in Korea, then please read about the cool (sic!) event which we have to offer you on 20th August!

For the second time this year we will be enjoying the hospitality and culinary skills of the Lotte. But this time we are breaking new ground once again. Never before have members of La Chaine been assembled in this part of Seoul, namely the Lotte World Hotel in Jamshil. The hotel has been undergoing a transformation and General Manager Mr. Jung-youl Lee, our very own Board Member, cannot wait to show us the results.

Once again let me remind members and their guest of the dress code: black tie (men) or evening gown (ladies). You should also without fail, and with pride, wear your chaine of office.
