Can you believe we are already getting close to the end of 2008?! It has been a see-saw year so far but our brotherhood of la Chaine has remained stable and true to the standards of highest quality cuisine throughout the year.

Now we are getting ready for the climax of 2008, which will be the Grand Gala Dinner at which new members are admitted and they and the newly promoted members receive their chains of office at the intronisation ceremony which precedes the dinner.
