Since we are not yet officially in the Year of the Golden Pig (it starts for real on 18 th February) I take great pleasure in wishing all our confreres in the Chaine a very Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year!

As the Chancelier National of la Chaine des Rotisseurs in Korea it is my job to send the invitation for the dinner on 24 th of February which will be held at the Grand Hyatt Seoul to all our members. Those of us who attended previous events at the Hyatt will know that the memories of pazzazz, innovation and creativity linger on long after the evening and I can assure you that will again be the case this year. So please do book early and in any case before February 21st since the number of seats will be limited to 144.

We will initially be accepting bookings only for members and their partners, with the names of guests placed on a wait-list until February 21 st .
